Actually, the best deal I've seen this year was connectbot, a free
program for android that utterly decimates iSSH and whose developers
are responsive and helpful.

Sounds like I need to talk to Apple about the refund. I had sincerely
hoped you would support your product in some form, but I suppose your
having to pay the 30% extra to Apple over what they paid you is what
would happen if I have them refund my money - so you would end up
paying ME for my time.

So, which route would you prefer, to help me without being
condescending, or to pay more money out of your own pocket than what
you were paid when I bought the app?

I'd think helping the entire community would be preferable for us
both.
