Re: Slow text entry

Joe,

Most software companies figure that fully burdened customer support
costs about $35 an hour and they tend to budget roughly 5% of revenue
for it. 5% of $5.00 is 25 cents or roughly 26 seconds worth. You've
gotten more than that already. Exactly how much individual support do
you figure you are entitled to for your 5 bucks? In the real world a
five dollar product is basically purchased on a take it or leave it
basis. If you purchased equivalent software on the Mac or PC you would
probably pay something on the order of $50 bucks. For the
functionality that iSSH provides it is the best deal you have seen all
year regardless of the bug and feature status. The fact that
development may be happening and new releases may someday appear and
may or may not resolve your issue is all the support that you are
entitled to. The fact that you can get ANY questions answered on this
list is pure bonus.

In other words I know it comes naturally but try not to be any more of
an idiot than you need to be. Your ignorance is showing. You should
pay money to the people who read this list for wasting our time with
your childish and petulant comments.
