Well I was hopeful thanks. But no luck. I tried your command and nothing either, no lights on GC, no IR being blasted.

But
Mine is sendir,1:3
and
Yours is sendir,2:1
As my blaster is on port 3.

When I use GCs iLearn program the CG learns an IR command and sends and IR command perfectly. So the issue has to be with the Command Fusion and the iPad it is on...
