We haven't had other customers have this much trouble setting up basic
buttons sending IR commands, so your network setup must be quite
unique to have this much trouble.
But to be fair, most of our users are professional system integrators.

As I said in my last message, when the system connects, the button
will change state. If it does not change state, then iViewer is unable
to connect to the system details as you defined them in System
Manager.
Pressing the button will do nothing, it is just being used to show the
connection status.
Please make sure you don't have any GlobalCache software open during
testing with our software. There is a chance that their software
connection is not allowing iViewer to connect.
