You should do this from the backend side. You will always receive 1
and 0 on press/release, but its up to you to program it so that when
you receive a 1 you do one thing, and receive a 1 again and do a
different thing.
The button state is controlled by you - so if you send back a 1 it
will change to active state, send back a 0 and it will change to
inactive.

If MisterHouse isn't capable of doing this, then you should not use
our built in protocol, but instead use System Manager where you can
control more exactly what buttons send.
