Pie Menu Disappearing in v4.3

Just updated to v4.3, but the Pie Menu isn't playing nice. I can tap
down and it appears, but as
soon as I lift my finger it disappears. I haven't figured out a work-
around to select items from it
with that behavior. Any suggestions?
