Yes, it does jump out to Safari. You see the zoom, and it gives me the entirety of Safari with my bookmarks, my toolbar, etc. I log into my Zinio account, authorize the purchase, and it gives me a button to return to Zinio. That zooms out Safari and Zinio starts from its splash screen all over again, at the main screen.
