Re: Where are the instructions or manual?

I don't expect the whole manual in the app, just a summary of
commands and feature, with a link to where the whole manual can be
found. Other apps have this, and it's not difficult to implement: A
couple screenshots and a question-mark button. You're telling me about
all the other stuff you're providing, but none of that is of much use
if we network engineers can't figure out how to use the thing. You say
that there is a link to the docs in the app, but I can't find it.
We're not talking rocket science here, and a professional provides
the docs required to support paying customers.

I'm a software engineer, and I manage software engineers. If one of
our guys put out a product with this kind of online documentation, I'd
say the same thing to him, only more forcefully.
