Not sure exactly what message is being sent from EG, but is there any
reason you have the EOM of the system set to && ?
This will stop messages being parsed by the feedback system until the
string '&&' is received. Also, it looks as if the 60 is hardcoded into
your EG setup, not sure exactly how the EG side should work with the
Denon.

If there is no end of message that is constant for all messages being
sent, leave it blank and messages will be put through the feedback
parsing engine as they arrive.
You might also want to try removing the start and end characters from
the regex if not using an EOM.

I'm also assuming you have a gauge or slider set to analog join 1?
