I changed the assets folder at the beginning of the project (but at
that point no images or themes were there yet).
I used the "browse" button to select the image (located in the assets
folder).

Didn't do that. Learned it the hard way a while ago. :)

Yes, I can confirm it.

I made a new project, with all files in the same directory and the
enable_connections input fixed on high (I know, not really the way to
go...).
And what can I say, it seems to work. At least I can switch some
subpages I quickly made.
Have to try some more instances of the macro, see how much the
controller can handle, but it looks promising.
