Ok, the issue with the images could be the case. Tried to use a assets
folder for the images this time.
But I'm sure the theme definitions point to that directory.

Do the images have to be in the same folder as the gui file? If so, it
would be cool if that is going to be changed...

What about the Timeout signal that goes high immediately after the
enable_connections is set to high?

I really suggest getting your hands on a Prodigy controller for
testing/verifying, because your solution would be a perfect match for
that affordable system.
