Re: Next GuiDesigner/iViewer Update

Sure do follow the Crestron yahoo group - I post messages in there
from time to time when things come up that relate to our software in
some way.

I understand the issue of converting analog values to text for use in
iViewer. I believe some features we are working on such as custom
logic scripts will be able to do this conversion for you on the
iViewer side.
It would just be a matter of looping through incoming analog data, and
converting it to a formatted text value, then assigning the text value
to a serial join for display in text objects. Hopefully our logic
scripts will be able to support this easily.

Adding superfluous GUI objects like percentage objects seems like a
very complex way of solving the problem when there are other objects
that can display the exact same data.
