It will be possible in an upcoming release to calculate the dB based
on the ascii value.
I'm not exactly sure on the maths to calculate the dB value, but if
you can tell me the maths I can show you how it will work in the next
release.

A better regex to use would be:
MV(\d{1,2}).?\x0D

That will capture all volume feedback, but only use the first 2
characters always.
