Please make sure the following criteria is met before you sync every time:
1. Your iPhone/iTouch has a valid IP address
2. Your iPhone/iTouch and your computer are connected to the same router and have the same subnet mask
3. Your firewall, antivirus, router, and computer accept communication from Appigo Sync and Bonjour.
4. Appigo Sync is running in your computer
If the above criteria is met, then you should not have any problems syncing.

I use Appigo sync to keep my iphone and my Outlook tasks linked up.
I'm running Windows Vista and Outlook 2007.
The problem I'm having is that the tool will only sync up once. If I
change a record on either side and try to sync by either tapping in
ToDo or forcing a manual sync on the tool I get an error. Appigo sync
service not found.
But if I restart Appigo Sync, it works just fine. What's the deal?
