Hi Howard,

Your settings show that you are using the same IP and port for both
the upload service in guiDesigner and the EventGhost plugin.
These are two very different things and will cause conflicts if you
set the same port details.

Please change the EventGhost port to 8020 (I believe that is the
default number in our examples) and set the Project Properties to port
8020 also.
This is the connection for control and feedback, whilst the
guiDesigner Upload Service is just for uploading the GUI.
