[appigo-todo] Todo Syncing with Toodledo - Negative Priority

I have recently sent a help query to the Todo help team but have
managed to solve the problem myself and thought you might like to
know.

I use Todo to feed the plugin for Lockinfo on my iPhone by syncing to
Toodledo. However, Todo does not bring down any activities with a
negative priority so nothing was appearing in the Todo program on my
iPhone. Reallocating priorities to Low in Toodledo meant that
everything came down.

(I don't use priorities other than to colour code in Pocket Informant)
