Alternately, another option would be to simply trust your customers.
I find these types of licensing issues troublesome, as you're
attempting to utilize technology to solve a social problem. I think
the customer goodwill created by easily transferring licenses when
needed far outweighs the lost license revenue from some jerk abusing
the system to turn one paid license into two. These types of
installations and configurations are difficult enough without
intentional roadblocks being thrown in the way of honest users.
