What you can do is set your VM's internet connection to "bridge". Just make sure that your VM and your iPhone/iTouch have the same default gateway and the same subnet. You might have to tweak your firewall and/or anti-virus in your VM to allow data traffic from Appigo Sync and Bonjour.
