Thank you for your post.

You can either have the person email you the completed task back or you can sync both devices with the same online sync service account and create lists or tags to indicate who is assigned to what task. You can then set all the Todo apps to sync at startup to guarantee the most up-to-date information every time any member of your team checks for tasks assigned to them.
