- A step-by-step description of how you are syncing your tasks
- Your Todo Diagnostic Report (Todo > Settings >Information > Diagnostics > scroll down and tap "Email Diagnostic Report")
- Does your Outlook client interact with any other application (like Exchange Server) which also manage your tasks?
- What version of Outlook and Windows (including service packs) do you use?
- What version of .NET Framework do you have installed in your computer?

Thank you for your post.
Your due dates should be syncing. However, if you create a task in Todo and you set a due time for it, then you sync it, and then you change the date of the task in Outlook, then you sync again, you will see that the task in Todo has the new date but the time has been lost.

Except when it comes to Due Dates. These do not sync either way?
