The problem you are having is being caused by Appigo Sync BETA for Windows and not by Todo.

Could you please send us the following information:

* What are the steps you are taking to sync your tasks?
* What version of Outlook and Windows (including service packs) do you use?
* What version of .NET Framework do you have installed in your computer?
* What accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange Server, etc) does your Outlook client connect to?
* What is the language setting for your Windows?
* The logs for Appigo Sync. You can find instructions of how to find them in the link below:
