You do not have to setup synchronization every time you need to sync. Please visit the link below to find more information in regards the "Appigo Sync Service not found" message you received.

I finally was able to Sync my iPhone with Appigo and the app on my
desktop now has my iPhone listed as the "Device".  But now when I want
to Sync between ToDo and my listed iPhone by touching the Sync button,
I get the error message "Appigo Sync Service not found".  In ToDo
Settings, it does list my configured desktop, but when I touch the
"Validate" button, I get an "Authorization Failure" asking me if I
want to re-configure the desktop.

I'm very afraid to reconfigure my desktop since it took me a long time
to get it to work in the first place.  Will I have to do this
reconfigure every time I want to sync ToDo with my iPhone?
