Please go through the following steps:
1. Make sure that your iPhone notifications settings is on (iPhone > Settings > Notifications)
2. Make sure you clicked the link emailed to you after you completed the Alert registration form in Todo (Todo > Settings > Alerts > Name and Email)
3. Make sure your tasks have a due date and a due time
4. Remember that notifications will be pushed to your device as long as there is an active connection to the Internet
5. Also remember that alerts will be sent through push notification and not through emails.
If the steps above do not help you solve the problem, try re-registering for alerts and clicking in the link that will be sent to you via email. If you still do not receive notification after that, then please send us the following:
* Do you receive push notification (not reminders from your calendar) for other apps?
* A screenshot of the task and its details (due date, due time, etc)
* A screenshot of your alert settings (Todo > Settings > Alerts)
* A screenshot of your date & time settings for your iPhone (iPhone > Settings > General > Date & Time)
* A screenshot of your International settings (iPhone > Settings > General > International)

Hello everyone,
I'm having the same problems that Matt has but can't find an answer.
I have looked at all the settings, they are all fine, I have rebooted
it, I have the last version, 3.2.
It's driving me nuts as this is the only reason I bought the app!
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!
