Not Getting Feedback In Crestron?

This is something I've seen a bit of before, but wanted to discuss to
see if others have run into it.

I am currently using the following:

Crestron: PRO2
Firmware: 4.001.1012 (Feb. 17, 2009)
IP of control system: 192.168.10.20

iPod Touch: Generation 2 - 3.1.2 Firmware

In SIMPL Windows:
iViewerServer v1.1
Connecting On Port 8020

I basically have a set of devices which are driven through a memory
interlock with direct logic. Hit a button, get feedback. When I use
Test Manager to push the button (Cable TV, DVD, PS3, etc.) the
feedback is accurately reflected on the iPod Touch. But, when I do
the exact same button presses on the Touch directly, by pressing them,
the feedback is not accurately reflected.

Grrr.... I spent 3 hours on this last night, and while writing this a
potential solution came to mind AND IT WORKED!

I had 'Simute Feedback' enabled for all the buttons. While this was
fine before I put any logic in place, it messed things up when I had
logic in place because I no longer wanted a momentary button, but a
feedback group.

Nevermind... I will possibly have some more questions later, and I
just am leaving this post up in case someone runs into a similar issue
and doesn't realize that they are still simulating feedback.

Still a bit of a learning curve on all this.
