[appigo-todo] Todo's Alert feature working an hour late

Hi there. Whenever I set a task with a deadline of both a date and a
time, the alert works but it happens an hour later than the time I
set. I suspect this has something to do with daylight savings settings
on the iPhone but I can't figure out how to fix it. Anyone have any
bright ideas?
