[appigo-todo] not seeing option for "Other Desktop"

I need to configure my sync function in ToDo through an option in
Appigo Sync called "Other Desktop" but I am not seeing the option as
displayed in the second screen shot on this page,
http://www.appigo.com/appigo-sync/faqs/connecting-todo

All I see is "Available Computers..." and "No Host Found" and some
smaller warning text, but no "Other Desktop" option.

How can I activate the option? Thanks.
