If you are not using our built in protocol, you can set the list join
in feedback or via optional command target assignments (in command
properties).
The format for setting the list join to add an item is just set the
list join value to "c" for a content item, "t" for a title item, "h"
for a header item, etc.
Then you can delete any item in the list by setting the list join
value to #d, where # is the list item you want to remove. 0d would
delete the first item (even if it was a header item).
