That project does have multiple pages & subpages; so to get the full effect you do need to purchase a license. You could break it into small pieces if you had to, but it is much easier to apply for a developer's license.

pop-up that 2.3.1.13 is available, but when I download and install, I
still get 2.3.1.12 installed (?)
