Re: is there any limit for the numbers of subpages ?

Those errors you see are from drawing a slider indicator.
Perhaps try removing the slider from the subpage (if it has one) and
let me know if that works.
We have fixed the slider drawing issue for next release already.

When dragging the subpage onto the page, does it show in the project
tree that its been added to the page?
There are some drawing issues of subpages on pages in the current
release which might be what you are seeing? Try opening the subpage
and clicking on an object in it to see if that forces the subpage to
redraw on the page.
