The problem with the version will be solved in the next release...

Upgrading to the release 2.3.1.13 did not solve the issue, however I
noticed that this version still reports that it is 2.3.1.12 so when I
launch the application it still sees that there is an update.  I have
tried uninstalling & rebooting... still reports previous version.
