oh one more, it would be nice if the ESC key would set the cursor back
to the arrow tool.

That's just an old habit, hopefully i'm not the only person that has
that habit.. for example i do click assign join numbers, set my joins
then hit the ESC key to continue on.
Not sure how reasonable that is to ask, but it doesn't hurt to ask
right...
