Could you please send us the following information:

* What version of Outlook and Windows (including service packs) do you use?
* What versions of .NET Framework and Bonjour do you have installed in your computer?
* What is the language setting for your Windows?
* Do you have any events related to Appigo Sync or Bonjour in the Windows Event Viewer > Applications?
