newbie--is there a manual for guiDesigner?

I'm just getting started, trying to mock up a screen for a proposed
iPhone app. I can figure out some things in guiDesigner, but other
things baffle me. Is there a manual for guiDesigner? I can't see one
on the Downloads page.
