Image not refreshing

I do not have an IP camera on my home. So, for display purposes to
demonstrate viewing security cameras for clients I use a couple in
europe.

These work fine. the image updates every 200ms or so.

This dynamic image is placed directly on a page.

Here is the URL I'm using for one of the cameras

That works fine.

Now on my thermostat page I also have the weather forcast and doppler
radar images. These are placed on a subpage.

The URL used is
http://weather.yahoo.com/images/us_stl_metroradar_medium_usen.jpg

Serial Join set to 0
Click Through off
refresh rate 60000
(Image on a subpage)

Now this second dynamic image never updates. If I turn "view web
images" in GUI designer it shows the current doppler radar. If I
view it directly in a browser it's current. However, in iViewer it
is stuck on the original image from when I very first uploaded a GUI
that included it.

thoughts?
