Dish Network Commands

I was wondering if you guys have a link or portal to any information
regarding Dish Network IR Learning problems. Or maybe just a tested
set of Commands that have worked with Dish Network VIP722 Sat
Receivers. I'm having issues with learning the commands into the
Global Cache iLearn software using the iTach IR and also using the GC-
IRL and cant get the dish network box to respond to anything learned.
I have been on the phone numerous times with technical support but no
resolve. I was just wondering if maybe you all had heard of this
problem. Or had a solution handy. Thank you very much.
