Unusable GUI After Connection refused

Hello,

After connecting to a server that refused connection interface is
"grayed out". It stays this way for the rest of the session, no matter
if any subsequent connection succeeds. Buttons are mostly (or all?)
usable, but interfaces is half dimmed.

I think GUI should return to normal view, doesn't it?
