Registration Not Found?

Hi all,

First of all, if I'm going to write something silly, forgive my
innocence..still learning to get the hang of this designer and it;s
power in automation. K, this is what I intended to do:
1. Create a button that when clicked, takes you to a sub page with
another set of buttons.

For example, if the start page had "music system" button, when clicked
should take you to a sub page with volume control, track changer, etc
buttons + a back to start page option.

To get it to skip between pages, this is what I did :
1. Created a page, set it as default page (start page).
2. Created a button on the portrait layout, set it's digital join as 1
and serial join as 2.
3. Created a sub-page, dragged it under the portrait page of the
default page.
4. Created another button in the sub-page and set the digital join as
2 and serial join as 1.
5. Saved the project, uploaded to the iPad.

The start page's button was there and when i touched it, I got a pop-
up that said:

Registration Not Found

The loaded project does not contain registration data for this
device. Page flips and subpages are disabled.

Where am I going wrong? Please help.

Regards,
Kaavs
