I'm able to replicate this in iSSH and a desktop version of UltraVNC.
Seems Ubuntu no longer sends any sort of cursor if one transmits the
"Local Cursor" encoding. Looks like I'll be creating an option for
remote cursor rendering and/or providing a default cursor.
