Yes, I plan on adding SOCKS proxy support, though to the untrained
eye, SOCKS just seems to allow for "free tethering" through the
iPhone. Of course I know we're talking about going in the opposite
direction, which is why I'm seeking a special dispensation first.

And wouldn't you know it, another proxy "tether" app in the store:
