That all sounds quite strange. Can you send me the gui project
archive? (File > export > project archive).

As for the iViewer settings, we are busy updating the wiki and this
was the next on the list.

Preload images means to load all images from the upload service on
startup. If that is off, it only loads the images into cache when you
access the page each image is on.
Remember Last GUI File relates to the ability to load multiple GUI
files into cache. If you have multiple loaded, this option will
automatically launch the last GUI file that was used on next launch.
See button properties for info about linking multiple GUI files.
