Re: iSSH on iOS 4: Alert when app was killed

Yeah, right now I'm scheduling the alerts to occur and they're only
canceled if they are either fired and ignored or the user returns back
to iSSH before it has a chance to fire. I may redo this so as to not
be so intrusive.
