You're right about the build number but over the last few years it's only been the rare circumstances like these that people besides myself see an internal release. Otherwise retail deployments are tagged in SVN and archived in Xcode.
Right now I'm working on revamping the interface to make the grouping stuff far more intuitive and to really show off what iSSH can do. I'm also upping the res of all the images consistently for iPhone 4 and putting in place support for a private key store, an import wizard and better overall organization of options.
Following that it's ssh-agent support, RDP and some revamping of the VNC/X stuff.
