Re: 4.3.2 submitted

Doh! Brainfart. I was working on it in context of the PIN lock stuff
which is why I connected the two. Effectively the PIN screen gets
reactivated if there are no open connections just as the notification
gets queued if there are open connections.

One or both of these will be fixed in the following version! :-)
