Password lock broken in newest version

I sent an email on this yesterday but it didn't make it into the thread. With the latest version if you have a passcode lock, due to the new multitasking it never asks you for your password after the initial time you start the app and enter it. For example I launch the app, enter my password and then close the app to do something else, when I come back to the app it does not prompt me for a password again even if I come back 2 hours later. The only way to get prompted again is to kill the app from the background tasks bar.

Also second thing. Since ios 4 the little dots in the password fields are not centered.
