Copy/Paste on iPad

Hello,

wen trying to do copy/paste in iSSH on my iPad I only get the "Copy"
popup immediately after iSSH, when the session runs for a couple of
minutes text is highlighted after double tapping, but popup doesn't
appear. Sometimes, really seldom a very transparent popup on the very
top of the screen appears.

"Paste" I can't get to appear, except once in a couple of dozen tries.

One time iSSH even crashed after doing "Copy".

Any ideas how to continue, figuring more useful informations for
hunting the bug (or identifying the wrong usage of me)?
