Connection to Global Cache iTach wifi2ir

Anyone using the guidesigner with a globalc cache itach wifi2ir WiFi
IR blaster?

I have created a test layout, created some test buttons, created a
System with the properties set to the Global Cache's IP address, then
created a Command with the value that the global cache ilearner took
from the physical remote (tried both the GC-100 and CCF). After
loading the gui to the iPad, I launch it and it displays fine, when I
click the button it makes a sound, but it does not function nor send
any IR commands from the Global Cache blaster.

What am I missing???
