Thumbs in dynamic List

Hi Jarrod,

I am using mmh to fill dynamic lists in iviewer.
I would like to also display Thumbnails in the lists.
What would be your advice to do so?

Just serve it from an HTTP Webserver or is it possible to cache that
dynamic list in the backround and show up list items when needed.
Getting the thumbs from a webserver is quite slow...
