Add all the weather images you want to use to a page in your project
(call this page 'cache' or something like that, its just a filler page
that you will never actually flip to).
Doing this causes all those images to be cached when you upload your
GUI.

Then you can set the image value to point to any cached image simply
by creating an image in your project on a serial join, and changing
the serial join value to point to the image you want to display.
You can point images to image URLs from any web server, or point them
to the images cached in your project simply by changing the serial
join value to the filename of the cached image.
