The subpage will only remain visible as long as the digital join is
high.
You need to ensure the join is toggled high, not momentarily pulsed.
I'm guessing you are using Crestron (you mentioned Debugger) so this
is the same for subpages on any Crestron panel.

Also ensure you have the correct license registration entered into the
GUI for the device you are testing on.
Otherwise subpages wont work at all.
