iOS4 won't make it irrelevant, but will certainly make it much faster
once we implement the fast switching code.
Release for iOS4 is another few weeks away. We are mid way through
implementing some other features which are quite involved.

We are also making minor speed improvements in the next release, but I
wouldn't expect much more in terms of speed.
The highly dynamic nature of our app does not play well with initial
startup times. But your project is quite large in terms of the .gui
file size, so to be expected.
